Noad Deux is an early audiovisual piece created for the eponymous track featured on the EP Planète Humaine, released by the French label InFiné Music. Conceived as a visual counterpoint to the music’s emotional tension, the work interlaces archival footage of rocket launches with a subtle but pointed commentary on ecological disintegration and collective escapism.
In this piece, the imagery of space travel serves not as a symbol of progress, but as a metaphor for evasion — a poetic critique of the tendency to abandon rather than repair. The rockets, rising in triumph, suggest not exploration, but a cowardly exodus from a planet wounded by human negligence.
With its stark visuals and immersive sound design, Noad Deux reflects a recurring theme in my work: the tension between technological fantasy and ecological reality. It questions the myth of salvation through escape, and instead points to the fragile, irreplaceable nature of Earth — our only true home.
